At the 2008 EJC the teams were very happy with the hotels we chose and all the facilities we offered. For the EJC 2009 we will offer the same package deal: very good hotel room, a great breakfast and dinner in the hotel (with a great choice of food), a lunch package every day and all transport (including transport form and to the airport when you arrive by plane). Just ask a team that was present last year and you will hear you can’t do any better. The hotel will be ‘Hotel Eindhoven’, close to the swimming stadium in the south of Eindhoven.

We would like you have the best in hospitality during the EJC 2009. That is why we contracted the same hotel firm as last year. It is the ‘Van der Valk’ company. We have reserved rooms in ‘Hotel Eindhoven’ which is situated in the south of Eindhoven. This hotel is on walking distance from the Swimming stadium and about 15 minutes on the motorway to the E3 lake.

Special Package Deal

We offer all teams a special deal that includes a very good hotel room, breakfast and dinner in the hotel and a lunch at your day location. Also included is all transport from your arrival until your departure. The price of this special deal is € 75,- (per person per day, in a 2 or 3 person hotel room). For a single room the price is € 120,-. You can book this deal from now on. Download the entry form from our internet page and book in advance. The offer is until 1 August 2009. After that the price will go up. We don’t need exact names yet, just the number of people and the rooms requested.

Recommended airports

Our special transport offer will ensure you to be picked up wherever you arrive. Budget flights are available to Eindhoven airport and Weeze airport. (Weeze is about 60 km from Eindhoven and is just across the German border.) Major airlines fly to Schiphol (Amsterdam) airport. As soon as we have received your flight details we will plan to pick you up at the airport. Teams that arrive by train will be picked up at Eindhoven Central train station.
When you arrive your EJC 2009 identity card will be ready in our EJC office in the swimming stadium. After that we will take you to the hotel so that you can get settled for the championship.
